Capacity: Housing for approximately 50–100 students; contiguous units preferred, with all bedrooms in each leased unit reserved exclusively for UNCG students.
Lease term: August 1, 2027–July 31, 2028, with up to four one-year renewal options. August–May academic-year leases are a preferred alternative.
Bedrooms: Single-occupant rooms preferably at least 160 sq. ft., with lockable doors, desk, chair, dresser, closet or wardrobe, and at least a twin XL bed with frame and mattress.
Unit amenities: Full kitchen with range, microwave and refrigerator; dining and living-room seating for four. Private bathrooms preferred, or bathrooms shared by no more than two residents.
Services: Include all utilities, cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry access, maintenance, cleaning, pest control, trash removal and groundskeeping. Specify available parking and transportation access.
Safety: Sprinklers, audible and visual fire alarms, property security, and 24/7 emergency maintenance support required.
