Size: Each awning measures 104 x 42 x 36 inches and covers a fresh air louver on the north side.
Design: Prefabricated standing seam metal awnings with closed ends; Awntech Houstonian closed-side awning or approved equal.
Connections: Include wall connections, flashing, and sealant.
Finish: Powder-coated awnings and frames or equivalent corrosion protection, with owner-selected color.
Installation: Include all materials, equipment, permits, cleanup, and restoration of work areas.
Completion: Complete by December 16, 2026.
