  • Standard lawn and grounds maintenance visits: 25 occurrences including mowing, edging, trimming, weed and grass control, debris and leaf removal, downspout and storm drain debris removal, cleanup of clippings from paved areas, and ongoing grounds beautification/clearing.
  • Mulch1 occurrence placing triple-shredded hardwood mulch around shrubbery and trees, with mulch beds no less than 2 inches thick; dyed color is site dependent.
  • Leaf removal and beautification3 occurrences for off-season leaf, debris, trash, and limb removal, including blowing leaves and debris off pavement, parking lots, sidewalks, walkways, and steps.
  • Fertilization and seeding2 occurrences for fertilizing and spot seeding areas where grass is needed to be uniform with the remainder of the lawn; Morganton is west of I-85, so over-seeding uses Fescue grass seed in September where applicable.
