Research: Analyze demographic, economic, and housing conditions; review existing plans, programs, and land use regulations; identify community needs and funding priorities.
Engagement: Coordinate community outreach, stakeholder input, public meetings and hearings, and biweekly project meetings.
Schedule: Anticipated start November 16, 2026; draft plans due April 1, 2027; final deliverables due May 14, 2027.
Pricing: Provide an itemized fixed-price quote by task, including travel and supplies. Total project budget is capped at $30,000.
