Equipment and access: Provide all labor, rigging, lifting equipment, jacks, tools, and installation materials. Clear working width is 7 ft 1 in, expandable to 7 ft 4 in with temporary light-pole removal; overhead clearance is approximately 9 ft 8 in. Include removal and reinstallation of fixtures as needed.
Bracing and welding: Remove temporary stiff-knee supports after operational confirmation and deliver them to the designated storage location. Reinstall access plates, weld their full circumference, and finish welds to match adjacent surfaces.
Site and schedule: A site visit is required before quoting. Coordinate the limited drawdown work window with at least 72 hours' advance notice; include cleanup and site restoration.
Quote: Provide a lump-sum price, estimated working days, and anticipated gate outage duration. The owner will handle hydraulic priming, fluid refill, and operational testing.
