Staffing: Each officer works 40 hours weekly; Ramsey Street staffing may expand to five officers.
Schedule: Ramsey Street: supervisor 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, second officer 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, third officer 12:30 PM–9:30 PM Monday–Thursday and 10:30 AM–7:30 PM Friday. Spring Lake: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Friday. Extra coverage is needed for overtime, after-hours events, and disasters; no regular service on observed holidays.
Duties: Patrol indoors and outdoors, monitor surveillance, screen entrances, report incidents, assist in emergencies, escort vehicles, and monitor potentially volatile meetings.
Equipment: At least one security wand per site and one sedan or compact SUV for Ramsey Street patrols, preferably marked; include leasing, fuel, and maintenance. Radios are provided.
Insurance: Include insurance for the Ramsey Street patrol vehicle.
Term: One year with two optional annual renewals; start within one business day of award.
