Included materials: All assembly hardware, gaskets, beams, tiebacks, anchors, and accessories; one roll of Tensar TX geogrid or equivalent per structure.
Design: AASHTO HL-93 loading, surcharge-rated headwalls, and 2024 North Carolina road and structure specifications. Include independent North Carolina PE-stamped drawings, wall calculations, and safety bracing plans within five calendar days of award.
Delivery and assembly: Ready for shipment within 30 calendar days of order receipt. Include shop fit-up and match-marking, delivery within two calendar days before scheduled assembly, assembly within one working day per structure, and installation/backfill oversight. Excavation, backfill, lifting equipment, and generators will be provided.
Pricing: Provide separate prices for each structure, including freight, assembly labor, tools, engineering, and all required materials.
