- Best practices reviewDeliver draft and final memorandums in months 3–6 covering comparable transit programs, classroom instruction, guided rides, school workshops, and employer/senior outreach.
- Training planDevelop measurable objectives and a stakeholder index addressing students, seniors, veterans, visitors, employees, and people with physical or intellectual disabilities, with particular focus on paratransit users.
- Materials and deliverablesInclude marketing and outreach materials, sample curriculum and collateral, an implementation funding resource guide, and draft/final plans with a PowerPoint summary in months 7–12.
- PricingProvide itemized charges by task. The total consulting budget is capped at $75,000.
