Project management: Prepare a project plan and schedule, coordinate progress meetings, and provide quarterly progress reports.
Stakeholder analysis: Compile contacts, conduct interviews, and prepare a gap analysis identifying development barriers and resource needs.
Fellowship administration: Organize one developer engagement event and manage fellowship applications, evaluation, and cohort selection. Identify any proposed participant stipends separately.
Activities: Deliver at least one completed transit-oriented infill project tour, one training session examining real project pro formas and financing, and one training session reviewing transit-oriented development plans.
Deliverables: Provide attendance records, presentation and training materials, activity summaries, and draft and final reports with an action plan, metrics, and monitoring recommendations.
