What the job is
Service period: Anticipated July 1, 2027–February 28, 2034; project volumes are not guaranteed.
Survey services: Sampling, questionnaire design, cognitive testing, multilingual translation, programming, and administration through web, paper, phone, and in-person surveys.
Fieldwork: Participant recruitment, consent, incentives, and biomarker collection and laboratory coordination as requested.
Deliverables: Clean CSV/SAS datasets, survey weights, data documentation, statistical analysis, final reports, and findings presentations, with secure handling of sensitive data.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive setup and reporting fees, fieldwork unit rates, translation rates per word, and hourly rates for ad hoc support, fixed for the service period. Include travel and postage in applicable rates; identify incentives and sampling-frame costs separately at cost.
