What they need
- ResidentsAdults 18+ experiencing homelessness, justice involvement, and mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
- HousingScattered-site or congregate housing, generally at least 30 units per provider. Units must be furnished with functioning utilities, kitchen facilities, and private bathrooms; congregate units must be single occupancy.
- ServicesOutreach, intake, assessments, individualized service plans, housing stabilization, crisis intervention, and connections to health, behavioral health, and reentry services.
- StaffingOne case manager per 10 residents and one full-time program supervisor per 30 residents. Weekly in-person tenant visits, including two apartment visits monthly, and 24/7 on-call support; congregate sites also require 24/7 on-site staffing.
- PricingProvide annual costs by housing model and unit count, with staffing, furnishings, rental costs, and startup costs itemized separately. The anticipated service term is nine years.
