Modeling: Develop, calibrate, and validate a hydrologic and hydraulic model for the approximately 397-acre watershed using supplemental field data provided by project partners; include a model summary report.
Engineering report: A New York State licensed Professional Engineer must prepare draft and final reports covering restoration alternatives, conceptual plans, cost estimates, and anticipated permits.
Design constraints: Address stream erosion and access-road flooding while preserving golf course use, the existing access road, and sand filter functionality.
