What they need
- BuildingsTwo residential buildings: five stories with 32 units and six stories with 46 units, plus offices and shared spaces.
- Interior Wi-FiInstall Wi-Fi 6 or newer access points, cabling, and network hardware, targeting at least 100 Mbps download/25 Mbps upload per user and 99% uptime. Provide unique user profiles, encrypted connections, and Wi-Fi calling support.
- Fiber and rooftop equipmentMicrotrench fiber to one building's basement and establish a main distribution frame. Connect the second building by rooftop wireless link or optional additional fiber. Install three to four sector antennas for maximum surrounding coverage and a wireless hub supporting 1 Gbps+ backhaul.
- Planning and commissioningInclude site surveys, an itemized installation plan with coverage diagrams, network testing, optimization, and resident onboarding.
- ServiceInclude three years of 1 Gbps+ fiber backhaul, equipment maintenance, firmware updates, and monthly usage reports.
- ScheduleComplete installation within six months; standard site hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
