Spokane, South Bend, and Okanogan: Each requires 200 Mbps aggregate service, two ports with one VLAN per port, and an extended handoff within 10 feet of the customer device. Obtain site approval before building alterations; label handoff equipment and provide VLAN-to-port assignments.
Olympia: 100 Mbps service terminating in the designated computer room within 10 feet of the router, with duplex set to auto-negotiate. Use existing pathways, provide installation drawings before work, and supply equipment capable of future bandwidth upgrades. Exterior equipment cannot be mounted above six feet.
Littlerock: 100 Mbps service terminating in the administration building’s MDF room. Background checks, advance visit scheduling, and compliance with site security procedures are required.
Installation: Complete within 150 days for Spokane, Olympia, South Bend, and Okanogan, and 250 days for Littlerock. Indicate any shorter guaranteed interval.
Pricing: Provide separate monthly and one-time charges per site, local loop type, and at least one alternate bandwidth price per site. Include all installation, equipment, cabling, permits, labor, and fees; exclude taxes.
