Planning coordination: Form and support the planning team, stakeholder outreach, kickoff meeting, schedules, meeting materials, and documentation.
Public involvement: Public outreach strategy, meetings/workshops, notices, survey development, survey analysis, and public comment documentation.
Plan development: Draft and final plan update meeting FEMA local hazard mitigation planning requirements, including appendices and supporting documentation.
Review and adoption support: Revisions through state/FEMA review, adoption support materials, final adopted plan, approval documentation, and final files in PDF and editable Word format.
Schedule: All work must be completed before July 31, 2030.
