OperationsFully operate three concession stands, including simultaneous service during league play, tournaments, and events throughout the year.
Staffing and suppliesProvide all labor, inventory, food, utensils, coolers, supplies, and any equipment needed beyond the existing kitchen equipment; keep stands stocked and clean.
Payments and reportingAccept credit/debit cards, use a POS system for monthly sales reporting, manage inventory and bookkeeping, and collect and remit gross receipts tax.
Revenue shareInclude your proposed financial arrangement and a minimum 10% share of gross sales payable to the facility owner.
RequirementsMeet applicable food-service requirements and carry public liability insurance naming the facility owner as an additional insured.
TermAnnual renewals by mutual agreement, up to four years total.
