Volume and term: Estimated 208 candidate evaluations over 24 months; quantities are not guaranteed.
Qualifications: New Jersey licensed psychologist with a doctoral degree, at least five years of active experience, and board certification in police and public safety psychology. Please identify any exception to board certification.
Evaluation: Clinical interview, psychometric testing, integrated report, and suitability recommendation using the applicable Police Training Commission form.
Turnaround: Interview and testing results delivered within three days.
Additional services: Quote separately for an estimated 15 fitness-for-duty exams and 10 critical incident debriefings, as needed.
Pricing: Please provide per-candidate evaluation pricing and separate unit prices for each additional service, firm for the 24-month term.
