What they need
- ScopeConduct job analyses, develop and administer Sergeant and Lieutenant written exams, a Captain written analysis exercise, and assessment centers for all three ranks.
- CandidatesApproximately 70 eligible officers across both counties; estimated assessment participation is 33 Sergeants, 22 Lieutenants, and 6 Captains.
- Assessment servicesDevelop exercises and scoring materials, coordinate and train qualified assessors, conduct candidate orientations, and provide scoring, individual feedback, and final reports.
- ScheduleComplete testing and assessment centers within 90 days of the first orientation. Initial service term is three years, with a possible two-year extension.
- PricingProvide separate all-inclusive costs for job analyses and examination/assessment services, including travel, staffing, materials, and 90 days of post-exam legal challenge support, plus hourly rates for additional support. Testing facilities, computers, printers, and assessor accommodations are provided.
