What they need

- Financing advisorySupport debt issuance, refinancing, pooled financing and lease-purchase transactions, including structuring, timing, costs and credit-rating support.
- Financial analysisReview financing applications and project feasibility; prepare cash-flow projections, debt-service schedules and financing comparisons.
- Program supportAssist with financing programs, financial planning, required applications, participant coordination and outreach.
- MeetingsAttend one regular meeting monthly, in person or remotely as authorized, plus additional meetings as reasonably requested; provide reports and ongoing financial guidance.
- Experience and pricingMinimum two years of relevant experience; provide a fee schedule firm for the service term.
