Data and content: Import approximately 400 initial projects from 2021–present using supplied Excel data, narratives, photos, and videos. Incorporate historical data during years 2–5, expanding to approximately 1,400 total projects across 35 years.
Mapping: Geocode supplied project locations and include additional GIS layers; itemize geocoding labor separately.
Accessibility: Meet WCAG 2.1 AA and supplied publication guidelines, with mobile and tablet compatibility.
Delivery and support: Develop the dashboard, online user guide, and presentation in year 1. Include five years of hosting, media storage, ongoing support, security monitoring, bug fixes, and up to two data updates annually.
Pricing: Provide a fixed five-year total with a task-level breakdown, separate hosting, licensing, and infrastructure costs, your proposed platform, and delivery timeline.
