What the job is
WAN and Internet: Carrier transport for an existing network, supporting MPLS/SD-WAN, rural connectivity, and circuits currently ranging from 1.5 Mbps to 10 Gbps; two existing Internet connections at 8 Gbps each.
Performance: Minimum 99.9999% availability, latency below 100 ms, jitter below 30 ms, packet loss below 1%, and automatic failover below 50 ms; support for jumbo frames, QoS, and IPv6.
Telephony: Replace legacy POTS, Centrex, PRI, and specialty lines with support for analog phones, fax, modems, alarms, elevators, SIP, number porting, and E911/n11 compatibility; retain the existing Webex Calling platform.
Implementation and support: Include design, equipment, installation, testing, migration, maintenance, 24/7/365 support, and no-cost on-site incident response.
Pricing: Identify services covered, setup and recurring costs, bandwidth tiers, regional differences, and separate core hub and edge circuit pricing.
