What the job is
Fleet: 13 cranes: four HIAB X-HIPRO 258-5, one HIAB 224EP-3-HI-PRO, three HIAB X-HIDUO258, two HIAB X-HIPRO 262 EP-5 (one with VSL), one Hercules 24K48, one PALFINGER PK26002-EHE and one PALFINGER PK2002-EHE.
Annual service: ANSI/OSHA safety inspection and certificate, manufacturer-recommended inspection, hydraulic filter replacement, lubrication of all fittings and static load testing by qualified personnel.
Service location: Your facility must be within 30 miles of the address above. Cranes will be delivered and picked up for annual inspections.
Service period: Anticipated December 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, with annual inspections and repairs or scheduled maintenance as needed.
Pricing: Provide annual inspection flat rates by model and hourly repair/service rates for FY2027, FY2028 and FY2029, plus road service rates per mile and hour. Price filters at supplier cost and repair parts at supplier cost plus no more than 25%; include all other costs without surcharges.
