Site Features: Paved parking, portable-restroom pads and enclosures, bicycle racks, horse and trailer accommodations, kiosks, wayfinding signage, landscaping, seating, and ADA access.
Permitting: Environmental and cultural-resource documentation, agency coordination, and all applicable permit applications and approvals.
Final Deliverables: Bid-ready plans, specifications, and estimates stamped by a New Hampshire-licensed Professional Engineer; georeferenced AutoCAD and PDF files; bid analysis; construction-inspection rates; and CAD as-built drawings.
Meetings: Attendance and presentation materials for 13 anticipated project, board, public, utility, and pre-bid meetings.
Schedule: Work is expected to begin within one month of contract signing, with biddable plans completed by spring 2027.
