What they need

ScopeProvide onsite photography, cataloging, listings, auction hosting, marketing, payment collection, and proceeds remittance for vehicles, equipment, tools, electronics, furniture, and other surplus goods.
Timing and termBegin item preparation within five business days of notification; five-year service term with a possible two-year extension.
PlatformSupport fixed and extended bidding close times, single-asset and multi-item lots, at least four photos per item, client listing controls, and real-time monitoring; maintain at least 95% uptime.
Support and reportingProvide weekday bidder support from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, training, monthly inventory reports, transaction records, and reconciled auction settlements.
PaymentsHandle all buyer payments with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance, payment reminders after two calendar days, and pickup reminders after ten calendar days.
PricingQuote a buyer's premium percentage, identical for check/ACH and card payments, plus a separate credit card fee percentage. Include all service and travel costs in buyer-paid fees, with no seller charges. Historical annual sales are approximately $300,000, including $240,000 by check/ACH and $60,000 by card; volume is not guaranteed.
