What the job is
Study planning and review: Recommend evaluation studies, review methodologies and findings, and advise on incorporating results into program planning, improvement, and reporting, including ISO-NE capacity market requirements.
Technical Resource Manual: Review, update, and support implementation of energy savings assumptions and methods.
Coordination and oversight: Participate in regular and study-specific working group meetings; advise on evaluator selection, work products, schedules, and budgets.
Advisory support: Provide energy efficiency evaluation and policy guidance, including potential expert testimony.
Schedule and deliverables: Anticipated start December 16, 2026, through December 31, 2029; quarterly check-ins, annual reports by February 1, 2028 and February 1, 2029, and a final report by December 15, 2029.
Pricing: Include hourly rates by role, estimated hours, expenses, and total cost for the full scope.
