What the job is
Term: Two years, anticipated to start March 9, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions.
Hardware: Ventek-compatible, outdoor-rated replacement parts meeting or exceeding OEM specifications; receipt paper and consumables; installation, configuration, and testing.
Software and payments: Support credit/debit card processing, software updates, and applicable PCI compliance. Encrypt data in transit and at rest, with data stored in the United States.
Maintenance and support: Preventative maintenance, monitoring, remote troubleshooting, helpdesk support, and on-site repairs statewide, including weekend and holiday support. Specify response and resolution times.
Reporting: Daily, monthly, and annual transaction reports, revenue by location, error logs, and CSV/Excel exports.
