What the job is
Turf and lawn: Mowing, edging, trimming, aeration, fertilization, weed control, and turf replacement.
Plants and trees: Pruning, bed upkeep, planting, and tree/shrub installation or removal.
Debris removal: Clear and dispose of weeds, trash, clippings, and landscape debris from building perimeters, courtyards, parking lots, drive aisles, and planters.
Irrigation: Inspect, repair, or install valves, drip lines, sprinklers, valve boxes, and timers.
Rock and decomposed granite: Place or replenish material as needed.
Pricing: Provide fully loaded service-call and hourly rates by location, labor rates for additional work, unit pricing, material markups, and any disposal, equipment, travel, or emergency charges for each year from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2031. Hold rates firm within each year.
Site access: Personnel must pass background checks; coordinate escorted access at least two working days before visits.
