Please quote janitorial cleaning services for two Nevada Highway Patrol substations at 770 W. Main Street, Fernley, Nevada 89408, and 1705 Peru Drive, Sparks, Nevada 89434.

Schedule: Clean twice a week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with weekend substitutions allowed at the district commander's discretion.
Fernley space: Approximately 1,920 square feet of office space, two restrooms and a small break room.
Term: Expected four-year contract, subject to Board of Examiners approval, with an estimated March 1, 2027 start.
License: Licensed to do business in Nevada through the Nevada Secretary of State.
Screening: Contractor and everyone entering the buildings must pay for and pass Department of Public Safety background checks and fingerprinting.
Insurance: Required coverage includes $1 million vehicle liability, workers' compensation, employer liability and a $50,000 employee dishonesty bond or crime insurance policy.

PersonnelNevada business licensing and insurance required; all personnel entering the facilities must pass background checks and fingerprinting at the vendor’s expense.
Service termExpected four years beginning March 1, 2027. USA Parkway requires no cleaning during its remodel, scheduled through early September 2027.
