What the job is
Schedule: October 31–April 1, weather permitting; Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., plus winter holiday weeks.
Equipment: At least two sleighs accommodating 2–4 passengers each, capable of operating on wheels and rails. Supply horses, tack, trailers, and related equipment.
Operations: Provide walk-up and reserved rides, an active reservation website, daily removal of horses and equipment, horse waste bags, and daily cleanup.
Term and revenue share: Initial four-year term with two optional one-year extensions. Include your proposed share of annual gross ride receipts, minimum 10%, with monthly reporting and payments.
Insurance: General liability $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate; auto liability $1 million; professional liability $1 million per claim/$2 million aggregate; workers' compensation and employers' liability coverage.
