What the job is
Service: Furnish trucks and operators to haul snow from city streets during winter operations.
Season: Approximately November 15 through May 1, with possible service needed outside those dates.
Truck need: Approximately 55 trucks total; vendors may quote one or more qualifying trucks.
Truck specs: End dump straight truck or side dump tractor-trailer, tandem rear axle, minimum 44,000 lb GVW, minimum 18 cubic yard dump body capacity, 50 gallon minimum fuel tank, working CB radio, and 12v power port for GPS.
Response time: Trucks must be available within 4 hours of notification and support continuous operations as needed.
Pricing: Quote hourly rate per truck and include make, model, year, truck number, license plate, color, body dimensions, and cubic yard capacity.
Insurance: Commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation coverage required.
