- Season: Approximately November 15 through April 1, with equipment available November 1-15 for plow mounting and March 15-31 for removal.
- Equipment: Agricultural tractor with operator, 100 minimum drawbar horsepower, enclosed cab with heat/defrost/wipers, 12v power port, minimum 8,000 lb weight, and minimum 18.5 mph road speed.
- Plow: 10-ft front-mounted snowplow provided and installed; tractor must be capable of carrying it at road travel speed.
- Operations: Must provide qualified operators for around-the-clock snow events and respond within 2 hours of notice.
- Pricing: Hourly rate for actual snowplowing services; include number of tractors and make/model/year for each.
- Insurance: Commercial general liability, auto liability, and workers’ compensation coverage required.
