Equipment: Supply, install, stock, and maintain 2 beverage machines (one for 20 oz. bottles and one for 12 oz. cans), 2 snack machines, 2 cold food machines, 1 hot beverage machine, 4 microwaves, and 1 bill changer exchanging $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills for $1 coins.
Machine requirements: New or first-class condition, NSF-approved vending machines accepting bills, coins, and credit/debit cards; include wireless payment connectivity. Each snack machine requires at least 20 large and 20 small slots. Beverage machines must be Energy Star rated or fitted with an energy-saving device.
Stocking and service: Regular restocking with approved, individually packaged snacks, beverages, and microwavable foods; no energy drinks, glass containers, or metal pop-tops. Include condiments and hot beverage supplies, with repair personnel available within one working day.
Quote basis: Provide a fixed commission percentage of gross sales for the initial year and each renewal year. Estimated annual gross sales are $57,855, with no guarantee; utilities are provided. Reserve 2 slots per snack machine for picture blocks, whose sales are excluded from commissions and remitted in full.
