What the job is
Doors: Thirteen 12' x 14' sectional overhead doors, each with one 24" x 7" glass opening.
Operators and accessories: Each door requires a trolley operator, one remote, LiftMaster LC36M 36" monitored light curtain, safety stop, 3-button control station, tracks, springs, and weatherstripping.
Installation: Include all materials, equipment, and labor for complete functional systems, removal and off-site disposal of existing doors and operators, and final field measurements.
Site visit: Required by October 14, 2026, by appointment.
Labor: Include applicable Crawford County prevailing wage rates; installers must have OSHA 10 training.
Completion and warranty: Complete by April 8, 2027; provide a one-year parts and labor warranty or the standard manufacturer's warranty, whichever is greater.
