What the job is
Doors: Replace thirteen 12' x 12' sectional overhead doors, each with one 24" x 7" glass opening.
Operators and accessories: Each door requires a trolley operator, one remote, LiftMaster LC36M 36" monitored light curtain, safety stop, 3-button control station, tracks, springs, and weatherstripping for a complete functional system.
Installation: Include all materials, equipment, labor, removal of existing doors and operators, and off-site disposal. Verify final measurements on site.
Site visit: Mandatory by October 14, 2026; schedule with Steve Horstman at 573-578-6369.
Labor and warranty: Applicable Crawford County prevailing wages and OSHA 10 training required. Include at least a one-year parts and labor warranty, or the standard manufacturer's warranty if longer.
