What the job is
Bulb types: Straight fluorescent lamps (1–4 ft. and 5–8 ft.), projector, arc, CFL U-shape/circular, xenon, LED, halogen, H.I.D./Shattershield/coated, and incandescent bulbs.
Pricing: Provide firm recycling rates per bulb for each type and per pound for broken bulbs, including freight and handling.
Pickup: Quote any pickup fee, capped at $25 per pickup; indicate $0 if no charge.
Service term: One year, with two optional one-year renewals. Provide a fixed percentage increase or decrease for each renewal, measured against original pricing.
