InstallationSupply and install twelve Edwards EST3 heat detectors with white bases and associated addressable monitor modules on the theater seating area ceiling. Equipment must match the existing EST3 system; no substitutions.
Components and finishesInclude all labor, materials, hardware, back boxes, conduit, and access equipment. Paint back boxes black and new conduit to match surrounding finishes. Use scaffolding only where aerial lift access is impractical.
System integrationConnect, program, test, and commission all devices on the existing system; provide updated as-built drawings and cleanup. Installation must meet applicable fire codes and NFPA standards.
Schedule and warrantyStart around December 14, 2026, and complete by January 8, 2027, coordinating access with theater events. Include a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty.
