What the job is
Term: January 6, 2027–January 5, 2030.
Facility evaluations: 36 Level I–IV maternal center inspections, including preparation, clinical document review, on-site assessment, and follow-up recommendations.
Planning and consultation: Three OB System of Care Plan development/implementation projects, plus 36 months of clinical and strategic consultation, quality improvement support, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications: Unrestricted physician license, ABOG board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, accredited OB/GYN residency and MFM fellowship, five years of recent MFM clinical experience, and experience with Level I–IV maternal centers. Vendor must have at least 10 years of comparable service experience.
Insurance: Liability/medical malpractice coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive monthly retainer and pricing for the listed services, including all statewide travel and related expenses.
