Qualifications: Retired sworn peace officer with extensive law enforcement experience; must reside full-time in one of the listed counties and remain inactive as a sworn officer throughout the engagement. No subcontracting permitted.
Term: Anticipated November 15, 2026–September 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year extensions.
Pricing: Fixed hourly rate inclusive of all expenses; approximately 1,500 hours annually, capped at 1,500 hours and $100,000 per 12-month period.
Travel and equipment: Frequent travel using your own insured vehicle, including some overnight and assigned out-of-state trips. Travel is not reimbursed separately. Computer with Microsoft Office 365, email, and phone messaging required.
Insurance: $2 million general liability, automobile liability, and professional liability coverage; workers' compensation where applicable.
