Dates: One training week: February 22–26, March 1–5, March 8–12, or March 15–19, 2027. Please identify available weeks.
Lodging: Approximately 40 single-occupancy rooms per night for four nights, Monday check-in through Friday checkout.
Meeting space: Private classroom-style room for 40 for four days; one private U-style breakout room for 15 on Friday; registration area with table and two chairs; separate lunch seating; lactation and prayer rooms available upon request. Setup access required from 5 p.m. the day before training.
A/V and internet: Projector, screen, wireless presenter, podium, microphone, mixer/sound system, A/V cart, Wi-Fi, active presenter LAN ports, and on-site technical support.
Catering: For 40: two buffet lunches, one boxed lunch, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks for up to four days each, two full days and two half days of beverage service. Include vegetarian and low-fat options and accommodate dietary needs.
Parking and access: Lodging, meeting facilities, and parking within ¼ mile of each other, or shuttle service provided. Accessible guest rooms and meeting facilities required.
Pricing: Please itemize lodging, meeting rooms, catering, A/V, parking/shuttle costs, taxes, service charges, and cancellation fees in dollar amounts. Room and meal counts are estimates with no guaranteed minimum.
