What the job is
Asphalt: Install 42A asphalt, 2 inches total thickness in two equal lifts, rolled smooth. West section: 10 ft × 217 ft 10 in; east section: 10 ft × 142 ft 10 in. Provide smooth transitions to concrete and crushed limestone.
Concrete ramps: Two 6-inch reinforced concrete slabs using MnDOT mix 3F52 over 6 inches of Class 5 aggregate. Each slab: 12 ft 10 in wide at the road, 10 ft wide at the trail, and 7 ft 2 in long. Embed 2 ft × 2 ft steel truncated dome panels flush with the slabs.
Markings and site protection: Install 24-inch solid white epoxy stop bars at asphalt-to-concrete transitions. Include barricades, safety signage, and debris removal.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday work only; fall 2026 completion preferred. Substantial completion by June 11, 2027; final completion by June 25, 2027.
Pricing: Provide a lump-sum quote including labor, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, taxes, and applicable prevailing wages.
