What they need

ArchitecturalRemove existing flooring, lay-in ceiling, and dividing CMU wall; install fire-rated CMU walls and sealed doors; seal concrete floors, firestop penetrations, and paint affected surfaces.
HVACInstall two ceiling-mounted evaporators and two rooftop condensing units with refrigerant and condensate piping; modify hydronic piping and fresh-air ductwork; integrate controls with the existing Trane system.
Fire suppressionReplace IT room wet sprinklers with a Novec 1230 clean-agent system; relocate and reinstall the telephone room suppression system and integrate alarms.
ElectricalReplace existing UPS units with a new 40 kVA UPS; install UPS and emergency panels, rack power devices, and new high-output lighting.
CommunicationsInstall new 7-foot, four-post racks, cable ladders, grounding, and protective rack covers; relocate existing equipment and extend/splice fiber and CAT-6 cabling. Camera equipment relocation is by others, except fiber and rack panels.
Site coordinationCoordinate escorted access and service interruptions at an operating facility. Completion period is 270 calendar days.
