What the job is
Youth council: Recruit representatives, facilitate 2–3 meetings monthly, provide stipends for at least 10 youth, and support leadership development and 2–3 actionable priorities.
Provider network: Convene monthly meetings for staff serving youth ages 13+, coordinate digital communications and professional learning, and organize two joint meetings annually with the youth council.
Approach and reporting: Use culturally responsive, trauma-informed youth development practices; provide monthly updates, quarterly progress reports, presentations, and a final evaluation report.
Qualifications: Somerville-based youth-serving organization with at least three years of relevant experience, established local relationships, sustainable funding, and staff cleared through fingerprinting, CORI, and SORI checks.
Timing and pricing: Anticipated initial term December 1, 2026–June 1, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals. Provide a fixed-fee quote with a detailed cost breakdown, including youth stipends, within the $75,000 annual ceiling.
