Reporting: Maintenance reports within five business days, quarterly production data, and annual performance analysis.
Personnel and supplies: At least two qualified, factory-trained technicians with active Roadway Worker Protection cards; provide tools, safety equipment, and routine consumables under $1,000 each.
Pricing: Provide fixed maintenance costs by service year and straight-time/overtime repair labor rates, including applicable prevailing wages, equipment, travel, and insurance. Separately identify replacement parts over $1,000 for approval. Estimated start: January 1, 2027.
