• Yard services208 VAC, 3-phase, 100-amp shore power; 100–150 PSI compressed air; potable water at no more than 50 PSI; 4,000 gallons of ballast water; trash disposal and restroom access.
• Cleaning and inspectionsPressure wash hull and running gear, remove marine growth, and dispose of waste. Complete keel-to-waterline ultrasonic gauging within five business days of haul-out, with detailed grids where wastage exceeds 25% and a written report. Include Marine Chemist certification for at least 12 spaces and a Competent Person continuity log.
• CoatingsPrepare surfaces and apply zinc-rich epoxy primer and required tie coats. Finish bottom with two coats of AMERCOAT ABC3 red antifouling after hull inspection; hull with Interthane 990 gloss black; draft marks, name, and homeport with gloss white. Paint four cleats, four single bitts, one double H bitt, six chocks, anchor winch, and hawsepipe with two gloss-black finish coats.
• Anodes and shaftingReplace up to 34 bolt-on zincs measuring 1-1/4 × 6 × 12 inches plus one sea-chest half-zinc. Repack both rudder shafts with 3/4-inch Chesterton packing or equivalent; inspect shafts, cutlass bearings, and bearing surfaces and provide a condition report.
• Separately priced optionsService four keel coolers using approximately 70 gallons each of 50/50 heavy-duty low-silicate coolant and replace main-engine thermostats; replace approximately eight linear feet of gunnel tubing with an additional per-foot rate; clean both Cummins 855 main-engine oil coolers with an alternate core-replacement price; hydroblast and coat 950 sq ft of main deck and 250 sq ft of upper deck with two Interthane 990 deck-red finish coats over primer/tie coats; replace the Duramax DXU4000A starboard shaft seal.
