What the job is
Trips: Scheduled and on-demand point-to-point, round-trip, and multipoint rides to appointments, treatment, and educational or vocational programs.
Passengers: Individual and dedicated group rides for participants who may have behavioral health or substance use conditions. Allow accompanying children, spouses, and caregivers at no extra cost.
Drivers and vehicles: Licensed drivers and registered, insured vehicles with current inspections; experience serving vulnerable populations preferred.
Availability and tracking: 24/7 service preferred, with online booking, real-time ride tracking, and monthly ride reports.
Service period: Agreed start date through December 31, 2027, with three optional one-year renewals.
Pricing: Provide base fares for 1–4 and 5+ riders, mileage and time rates, booking fees, and cancellation or variable charges. Specify whether group rates are per ride or per rider; no tips allowed.
