Desktop analysis: Review building energy data and develop emissions baselines and facility plans covering approximately 80% of building emissions.
Site assessments: Provide separate pricing for facility walkthroughs assessing HVAC equipment, roofs, windows, and building envelopes where existing data is insufficient.
Roadmap: Develop a pathway to eliminate on-site fossil fuel use by 2050, including electrification, efficiency, renewable energy, storage, fleet replacement, interim targets, and implementation schedules.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates and separate estimates for desktop-only and assessment-inclusive services, using 10 buildings, including four schools, plus a vehicle fleet review. Include hours by role and activity, travel, and ancillary costs.
Schedule: Initial meeting within 30 business days of assignment; final roadmap within 90 days after that meeting.
