In-home support: Grocery shopping, meal preparation, medication pick-up, participant laundry, and light housekeeping; excludes hands-on personal care and medication administration.
Evaluations: Functional abilities, support needs, home barriers, and safety assessments by qualified RNs, OTs, PTs, or other approved professionals, including written reports.
Staffing and documentation: Screened, trained workers with supervision, backup coverage, and electronic visit verification or approved visit records.
Schedule and term: Generally Monday–Friday during business hours, beginning February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2032; service volume is not guaranteed.
