Retrofit services: Program and project management, turnkey equipment supply and installation, scheduling, savings calculations, and incentive processing for large commercial and public buildings.
New construction: Program management, technical support, metering, energy analysis, and pre- and post-installation QA/QC inspections.
Retrofit inspections: Verify equipment quantities, installation, and operation; document discrepancies and provide inspection reports.
Reporting: Maintain accessible project tracking and provide monthly implementation, inspection, and quality reports.
Schedule and pricing: Anticipated start February 9, 2027, for a three-year term. Quote applicable scopes separately, including labor, materials, travel, overhead, and insurance, with rates fixed for the initial term.
