What the job is
Site assessments: Inspect both tanks and surrounding properties; review existing conditions, equipment, utilities, access, and available records.
Water infrastructure protection: Evaluate water quality, coatings, corrosion, grounding, and tank maintenance access; recommend safeguards, clearances, and equipment restrictions.
Wireless feasibility and permitting: Identify potential antenna and ground equipment locations, cable routes, utility needs, and applicable MassDEP, zoning, historic district, building, and FCC requirements.
Deliverables: Provide conceptual exhibits, site-specific findings and recommendations, a comprehensive final report, and a presentation. Scope is feasibility assessment only; final installation design and permit acquisition are excluded.
Schedule and pricing: January 1–December 31, 2027. Provide a lump-sum quote with a service cost breakdown, including all labor, materials, travel, and other expenses, using appropriately licensed professionals.
