Participants: Adults age 18 and older with autism without a co-occurring intellectual disability; approximately 30 active participants per program.
Services: Housing assessments and plans, housing searches and applications, move-in coordination, independent living skills coaching, housing stabilization, and eviction prevention.
Staffing: One full-time Housing Case Manager per program with a bachelor's degree and at least two years of human services or housing support experience; travel to participants' homes and community locations required.
Program support: Administer participant financial assistance, coordinate with community providers, and maintain service records and outcome reporting.
Timing and pricing: Anticipated start January 1, 2027, with an initial 30-month term. Please provide monthly pricing per program covering staffing, supervision, travel, training, and administration, and identify the regions you can serve.
